How we use information
Information is used to respond to deck and railing inquiries, understand the requested project, confirm service and location fit, communicate about the next step, operate and secure the form, and understand how people find the company.
Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee project acceptance, financing approval, price, schedule, product availability, or an on-site appointment.

Service providers
FormBox processes estimate submissions. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security verification. Hosting, analytics, communications, and advertising providers may process limited information as needed to perform their services.
Utah Deck Company does not ask visitors to send passwords, payment-card numbers, or government identification through the deck estimate form.

Security and retention
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to operate the website and form. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information may be retained as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, maintain project and business records, operate security controls, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices
Project type and project details are optional. Property address fields are only required when you choose an on-site estimate. You may call instead of using the form.
To ask a privacy question, correct information you submitted, or request that the company review a deletion request, call Utah Deck Company at 801-921-6826. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.
